Thanks for using the thumbnail viewer. Also thanks for the donation I appreciate it. I worked really hard on the new version of the site and i'm glad you appreciated it. Making a better viewer for blogs is going to be next on my list. What is your blog btw? Maybe we could do a links section for people who support us. Thanks.

we are working on replacing the blog version to fit in sidebars. If you log into your account go to dashboard and look under freedom of expression you will see we have made a thumbnail viewer. This should fit in your sidebar. Sorry about the inconvenience. We are trying to make the site better for all and unfortunately sometime in order to get better things get a little worse.

I'm missing the dimensions possible with the prior versions of the widget. I've got the Flash based one in my blog now, but it has no tags saying it's flickaday, or otherwise. I was using the primarily vertical configuration of the widget previously. The horizontal one doesn't fit in my side bar now.

Yeah if you go to mobile.flickaday.com there is a very basic interface for uploading pictures from a mobile phone. In the new version of the site you will be able to email your pictures to the site and they will be automatically added to your flick. All you will have to do is tell us what email address you are sending from. Most phones have an email address associated with them so this should streamline things in the future.

well, it looks really awesome so far. im sure it'll be amazing once it comes out

speaking of asia.. i'll be in japan late august/early september and i want to figure out a way to take flickadays from there without hanging out at an internet cafe every day haha so if i have a camera phone, is there any chance i could do it like that? or should i find another way? thanks! <3

We are trying to release it as soon as possible ( within a month hopefully ). This is a totally new version of the site. Even things you can not see have been completely redone. For example when you take a picture for the first time we will capture your time zone, that way our friends in europe and asia don't have a terrible experience on flickaday. Be patient I can promise it will be worth it.
